I want to rent out my Kennewick house to responsible people with a reliable income. The living room and dining room is furnished already and one room has a full bed in it. Pets are ok as long as they are well potty trained and not destructive. There is a big fully fenced back yard and a good size 1 car garage. there is also off street parking. No smokers.
