Dobbins City-Dobbins has hiking, boating, swimming, thick forest, mountain bike riding, Tahoe wilderness area, four lakes within ten miles, about ten lakes within 50 miles, four rivers within about 35 miles, Post office 4 miles, gas/mini market 4 miles, Ace hardware five miles, and Wal-Mart/ Home Depot/ Fast-food/ Restaurants/ Right Aid/ Markets about 30 miles. Please no Cats or Dogs. Tenant must have good credit, good income from an employer or permanent income (that can be verified), and good references.
