The property has five fenced acres, quiet, end of the cul-de-sac, pasture land, amazing views, Very fertile fenced garden area that may be used by tenant, plenty of large shade trees (oak, Pine, and madrone), seasonal creek, friendly neighbors, good roads, beautiful birds (Robbins, woodpeckers, humming birds, Geese, owls, finch, blue jays, and hawks), Grey squirrels, parking, good cell phone reception with Verizon /AT&T, very few misquotes, flies, and gnats, and 1500 feet elevation gives very little snow fall. Dobbins City-Dobbins has hiking, boating, swimming, thick forest, mountain bike riding, Tahoe wilderness area, four lakes within ten miles, about ten lakes within 50 miles, four rivers within about 35 miles, Post office 4 miles, gas/mini market 4 miles, Ace hardware five miles, and Wal-Mart/ Home Depot/ Fast-food/ Restaurants/ Right Aid/ Markets about 30 miles.
