About the house: Owned by a young family who live close by and are responsive landlords. Our home is very spacious (~2,000 sq. ft.) with lots of natural light, a small backyard patio, and large kitchen. We have solar-powered, central AC and an extra half bath on the first floor. Other house features include in-unit washer and dryer and a large basement for storage space. About us: I, Alex, 30 (they/all) work as an interior designer, on a hybrid schedule. The other, Brandon, 35, (they/them) works in nonprofit accounting and fundraising in Adams Morgan, in-person 5 days/wk. Perfect fit for another hybrid or remote person. About the bedroom: The bedroom, pictured, is the second largest in the house, and comfortably fits a queen bed with much more room to spare. It comes unfurnished. There's a large walk-in closet with shelves! This room shares a full bathroom with Brandon (with bonus bidet!). This room is priced at $1,250/mo. Year lease through the end of August 2027, starting on Sept 1st. About the neighborhood: We love this neighborhood and our friendly neighbors. We are right around the corner from great dining options like Maketto, Daru, Copycat Co, Stable, and more! Lincoln Park, Kingman Park, and Stanton Park are also a quick walk away. We are walking distance from several bus lines (D20, D24, D2X, D26, C43, C41), several Capital Bikeshare stations, and are a quick bike/bus ride to Union Station, NoMA/Gallaudet, Eastern Market, and Potomac Ave. There is also ample residential street parking (Zone 6/6A/6B) Please send me a direct message me if you're interested or have any further questions!
