The gorgeous, original hardwood floors were refinished in the bedroom and living room in 2020, and the fireplace was bricked up and metal cover fabricated to fit, creating a beautiful decorative fireplace full of 1920s charm. Insulation was blown in the attic by a insulation company and a plastic vapor barrier has been installed under the house.
