Sofa Bed Setup Instructions: -To open the sofa bed, pull out the bottom/last section of the sofa. -The bedding for the sofa bed is located in the master bedroom closet. Outdoor area features Alfresco dining comes alive in the outdoor dining area! Fire up the BBQ grill for delicious outdoor cooking! Light up the fire pit for story sharing and s'mores! A spacious lawn invites play and fun! Game room! Air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, and a large connect 4 set. Extra Roku smart TV! We are also pet friendly, but there is a pet fee charge. Outdoor cameras are active for security monitoring. No cameras are installed indoors. No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors (plenty of space to do so outdoors, please!), hints of such odors will result in an extra $500 cleaning fee. Unauthorized pets will result in an extra $500 fee. Checkout time is 10:00 AM. Please inform us in advance if you need extra time. If available, we're happy to try to accommodate with advance notice. Exceeding the checkout time without prior notice may result in a $100 fee. Left Items: Please double-check all your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind can be shipped back, subject to a $50 handling and shipping fee. Regular Maintenance Schedule: *Regular maintenance visits (such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) may occur during your stay. We will always notify and coordinate with you in advance before any service personnel are scheduled to visit. We are happy to reschedule if inconvenient. Please note: there is a Texas Mountain Laurel tree in the yard. It is an ornamental plant and is generally safe when not ingested.
