Installed central air conditioning in 2005. Really cools the house down on the few very hot days we have :) Neighborhood Description This is a small and wonderful neighborhood. We have a very active neighborhood association that has planted beautiful roses in our park (Bella Vista Park) and cleared the wooded area at the bottom of the hill near highway 14 to make it easier to wander though. The people that live in this area are high quality fabulous neighbors. There if you need them but busy enough not to be worried about what's going on in other peoples homes. The home I look at behind mine is worth 750,000.00 and they go up from there. I can not say enough about the people and how wonderful they are. it's a great place to live if you have children and if you are retired. A nice mix.
