    A beautiful, wide (three window, ~1500 sf), three level row home with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms renovated in 2004 in the heart of Locust Point will be available for a yearly lease this coming July 1st. The home is on a tree-lined block with old timer (original) residents living on the block. This home is nicely detailed with Indonesian hardwood floors on the first level in the living and dining room. The building has a LOT of natural light due to updated double pane storm windows. The kitchen has white kitchen cabinets with stainless steel appliances (gas range, refrigerator with an icemaker, dishwasher) and a granite counter top and dark ceramic tile floor. The front bedroom has exposed brick and there is generous closet space. The rear bedroom on the second floor used to be two rooms and has now been joined into one large bedroom with it's own bathroom. The home has a beautiful wood staircase with a period detailed iron railing that leads to the second floor where there are two bedrooms and two full baths. There is Berber carpet in the two bedrooms on the upper level, each of which functions as a suite, complete with their own dedicated bathrooms. Each of the bathrooms has ceramic tile in understated tones, one is a stand up tiled shower and other is a tub. The third bedroom is in the basement at the front of the house and enjoys light from the basement windows (streetside) and is very spacious with moderate headroom (not for super tall people). This portion of the basement is finished in Berber carpet, has a fireplace nook (non-operational but used for TV placement), nice size closet and alternately, has been used as an office in the past. Other original accents in the home: a transom window above the front entrance door with original stained glass accents and an original stamped tin ceiling in the kitchen dating to the late 1800's. The home has air-conditioning via window units and oil heat servicing a hydronic (warmed water) radiator/baseboard system; the electrical and plumbing systems have been updated. There is also a washer/dryer on the first floor in its own dedicated closet behind the kitchen. There is a wood deck at the rear of the home with a rear pedestrian alley for access. A new rubber roof was installed on the home three years ago. This home is walking distance to dozens of bars and restaurants, very close to Under Armor and Tide Point. Parking is rarely more than a block away, the area is safe as it is buffered by Fort McHenry to the east, Federal Hill to the west and the Inner Harbor to the north and Latrobe Park to the south with access to Interstate 95 within 2 minutes. This home is owned locally and is not handled by a large management company, this means that I take a personal interest in seeing that the property is properly taken care of. I enjoy low-maintenance tenants but also will react quickly if there is a serious repair situation that needs immediate attention. The home is not perfect, it has a few dings but it's large, it's comfortable and it's a very nice place to live at a reasonable price. Room dimensions are as follows: the basement bedroom measures 18'6" by 9'6", the front bedroom measures 12 foot 6" x 12', the rear bedroom measures 19 foot 4" x 9' (this used to be two bedrooms that are now combined as a bedroom suite), and finally the first floor is 11 1/2 feet wide. The monthly cost of the home is $2,400 / month plus utilities. It is available July 1st , 2026. More pictures and a tour are available upon request. Pets are fine but require a pet deposit equal to half of the security deposit (one month), 1/3 of which is non-refundable to allow for a thorough professional cleaning to eradicate any possible allergens (for potential future tenants who may suffer). For those interested, an application fee of $33 per person is required if you're interested in leasing the home, a credit and reference check are part of the application process so please be ready to download a recent credit report from creditkarma dot com. A minimum score of 675 is required OR a co-signer if your score is below that level. Also, one landlord and one professional reference will be requested so please notify such individuals that we will contact them. Renter is responsible for all utilities. No smoking.
