Don't tell neighbors about Airbnb/VRBO or Short Term Rental. No unregistered guests are allowed to sleep overnight. Please do not rearrange any furniture. You are responsible for any damages which may occur. Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail cost through the Airbnb/VRBO portal or removed from your security deposit. Pets are allowed: Must be approved in advance by the host. You must pay in advance the required and agreed upon pet fees. Do not leave your pets outside or alone in the house if they are likely to bark or damage anything. Must clean up after your pets inside and outside of the house. You are financially responsible for any damage your pets cause.
