This house was built in 1916, it has been owned by a family friend or my family since then. The house has been lovingly restored with all original fixtures. The clawfoot bathtub does have a shower option. The bathroom is furnished with five bath towels, six washcloths and two floor mats. Upstairs has a unique sitting room living area and a small separate refrigerator, the bedroom separate with a full-size bed with linens. The laundry room has a brand new washer and dryer. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary equipment. The back deck is surrounded by lemongrass, hydrangeas, and gardenias. The front porch comes with patio furniture and is surrounded by azaleas, gardenias and lemongrass. There's also a brick patio off the laundry room that is perfect for sunbathing. Owner pays for Wi-Fi, biweekly yard maintenance, quarterly pest control, monthly air filter cleaning, and replacement. Proof of renters insurance with liability coverage is required at the time of lease signing. One year lease is required then month-to-month. This is a no smoking premises.
