Fully remodeled apt looking for third roommate, Nob Hill. We moved in a few years ago and love the place, unfortunately, one of our great roommates is moving. It has been fully remodeled and the open room is available for immediate occupancy end of March. We have 3 bdr 1.5 baths. There's a ton of common space, a giant living room that flows into a separate dining area. We have furnished most of the common areas already. - It s a Quick walk polk st and the financial district, close to bus lines, trader joes, 24 hour and crunch. - Utilities include internet/tv & PG&E, which altogether run between $50 - $70/month depending on the season. We have a monthly cleaner we split about 36$pp. Landlord pays water and garbage. The room is large & light filled. You could easily fit a king bed in there, with room left for a dresser and a night and still be comfortable moving about. You can just see the top of the Golden Gate bridge from the window over the buildings. About the people you would be living with: - one guy and one girl, late 20s and early 30s and ideally looking for someone in the same age range. - We are clean and tidy but not crazy about it or anything. We would just like someone to help pitch in and keep the common areas clean like any normal respectful person would. - We would love to be able to find someone to help make the place feel like home, but still have their own life/friends in the city The weeks are pretty low key - dinner with friends, going to see a movie, gym, hang out, watch tv, wine nights, etc. The weekends we like to get out and enjoy the city - brunch, hikes, bars, clubs, exploring etc. Basically, we are looking for someone who is fun, social, easy-going, tidy, has some friends who could also hang out with our friends. Hoping you won't use the place as a crash pad or lock yourself in your room all the time and help keep the place a clean and friendly place to live.
