Other things to note CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES (we don't make the rules, but we do follow them!) **No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund. - Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25. - Daytime occupancy is 12 people. - Overnight occupancy is 8 people. - Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed. - The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm. - The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter's government ID. This will be taken care of when you sign your rental agreement. PETS - Pets are NOT ALLOWED at this property. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. NO SMOKING - We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $500 fee. UTILITIES - Electricity is included and pool cleaning service 2 times a week. Renter is responsible for paying the gas utility fee based on usage, which may include Spa heat, stove, and fire place. Note: Pool heater is not turned on during the summer. CLEANING Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your rental quote. Lease Duration: 30-day minimum stay (Month of September). Utilities: Owner pays for electricity, pool cleaning, water, internet. Renter is responsible for gas charges incurred during the stay. Cleaning Fee: $375 non-refundable check-out cleaning fee. Property Rules: Strictly NO smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) anywhere on the premises. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Insurance: Renters insurance is required for the duration of the stay. Compliance: Guests must abide by all Palm Springs city noise and residential occupancy regulations.
