The home can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors.
