The open kitchen (10'x8' floor area) has lots of counter space and storage. It has not been remodeled but is clean and in good condition. It has a dishwasher, fridge (only 2 years old), microwave, stove/oven, double sink, and a built-in desk area. There is good sized pantry (5 ' x 5 '). The dining area is 9'x14' with room for a large table, again with great views of Hood Canal. The downstairs has one bedroom (14'x13') with 11'x2' closet along one wall and a sun room (10'x13') . Rental history with numerous complaints, disturbance or other, will result in denial. Any applicant under 18 years of age and not legally emancipated will be denied.
