We live in a little pocket neighborhood on the back side of Hollywood hill. The neighborhood consists of around 18 houses, each on at least 2 acres of land (most are on 5-10 acres). Many of our neighbors have horses or sheep, and one has a beautiful duck pond. Folks are very friendly. People from neighboring areas in English Hill come to our neighborhood to walk - the streets are paved but quiet, and the Tolt River Trail crosses only 400 feet away from our property. It's like living in a park.
