Some common Q&A: 1. There is a club closed to the community. Would it be an issue regarding safety? -- Definitely no. I have lived in this area for 6 years, the club never caused any criminal/safety problem at all. In fact, Lake Forest Park is super safe and much better than any Seattle area(you can check report of Lake Forest Park Policy department and compare with the whole Seattle area. 2. Would it be too much noise from the street? There is some noise, but very minimal as the street is already quite far away. I have never heard such complaints from my family or neighbors, in 12 Degree North Community for 200+ houses. 3. How would the ACs work? One mini split on living room floor is a standard for the whole 12 Degree North community for 200+ homes. It's good enough as Seattle is almost cool/cold through all seasons. There are a few days in the summer that the master room also need some AC, that's why I put a portable AC there, and it would be a good plus. Owner pay for HOA($330 per month) and King County Water treatment capacity charge($49 per month). Renter responsible for other utility(gas, water, electricity, sewer, internet and trash services.)
