Located just a 10-minute walk from The Oasis at ChampionsGate, you'll have access to even more amenities, including a giant pool, fitness center, beach volleyball, lazy river, game room, and incredible poolside facilities with great food, drinks, and entertainment. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, which includes 9 spacious bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the private heated pool, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and an outdoor patio with a grill and loungers. You'll also have free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 3 vehicles on the street in front of the home. Pets are welcome with a fee and a $150 security deposit. We allow up to 1 house-trained dog under 50 lbs. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL, offering a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses and nearby access to Orlando's theme parks like Disney World. Enjoy shopping and dining at Posner Park, with convenient travel options close by, including access to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the home, and any mess or pet waste must be cleaned and disposed of properly. We can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests at any given time. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. A remote work-friendly environment is provided, though a laptop computer is not included.
