Available the first of July is the other side of our nicely maintained duplex. We live on the other side and are a dorky husband and wife with some young kiddos. Husband does all the maintenance so your only job is to enjoy life and be our friends. The place is 1,573 sq ft and has the biggest single closet I've ever seen. Each room has a huge closet as well and really nice lighting. We can be flexible with lease terms as well, we just really want good tenants. A year would be cool. *there is NOT a fenced yard* Since we have kids we have to be pretty careful about who we rent to, so prepare to pass a background check, credit check, and "The Office" trivia questions. Ideal tenants would: - be non smoking and no drugs - use clean language around our kids - be friendly to our amazing neighbors in the cul-de-sac -drive SLOWLY when approaching the neighborhood, there are kids running around all the time - be board game nerds - be cool with occasionally hearing a toddler temper tantrum/white noise through the wall - let us bring you half of the desserts we make (we bake a lot) Current tenants are there until the end of June.
