Available August 29! Our beautifully maintained duplex will be available on August 29, and we'd love to find wonderful neighbors to share our little cul-de-sac with! We live on the other side with our three young kiddos. We're a slightly dorky husband-and-wife team my husband handles all the maintenance, so your only job is to enjoy your home (and maybe become our friends ). The home: * 1,573 sq. ft. * Exceptionally large closets (including the biggest primary closet I've ever seen!) * Spacious closets in every bedroom * Great natural light throughout * Flexible lease terms, though a one-year lease would be ideal Please note: There is not a fenced yard. Because we have young children and share a wall, we're intentional about finding a great fit. Applicants should be prepared to complete a background check and credit check and possibly answer a few The Office trivia questions. Our ideal neighbors would: * Be non-smokers and drug-free * Use family-friendly language around our kids * Be kind to our wonderful neighbors in the cul-de-sac * Drive slowly through the neighborhood (there are always kids outside playing!) * Appreciate a good board game * Be understanding if you occasionally hear a toddler tantrum or white noise through the wall * Accept homemade desserts from us from time to time we bake a lot, and we love to share! The current tenants will be there until August 28, so please don't disturb them. We're happy to send a video tour in the meantime.
