Garage is not accessible neither is the master walk-in closet. Pantry will be accessible if rented for more than 90 days. 3. Smoking is allowed in driveway only. * Maximum 2 dogs allowed * No parking on driveway leading into the house * Do not remove smoke alarms * Do not flush any wipes, female hygiene products, kitchen paper towels or napkins, or any declogging liquids in any toilet; home is on a septic system. 5. Kitchen Please do not use any harsh cleaning chemicals on the granite countertops. The stove glass cook top should be cleaned after every use. 6. Appliances * Thermostat located in hallway leading to bedrooms 2 & 3 * Appliances are user-friendly * Electrical panel is located in garage; if service needed, please contact owner for maintenance. 7. Garbage Garbage service is on early Friday mornings; please take garbage can out to front of driveway on Thursday evening and place back in corral. 8. Parking Garage available for 1 vehicle and ample parking available on the side of the house, and carport in front of wooden fence. 9.
