Plenty of seating at the island, and enough room for a dining table. The living space has enough room for a couch and some chairs. The master bedroom, is a little larger than 12.75' X 10', with plenty of room for a queen bed, a couple night stands, and dresser. Plenty of street parking available in front of the house. There's a brewery, a cafe, dog parks etc in the neighborhood. Open to small to medium size dogs, assuming they get along with our one year old sheepadoodle, for an additional pet fee. There are running trails along the creek by the house. Credit, background check, and proof of income required. Can be furnished for additional cost. Utilities Split 3 ways, Electric, gas/sewer, high speed gigabit internet. Monthly cleaning service available as part of cleaning the entire house, for $60/month.
