We designed this home so there can be a closet installed ecomomically in the study to create a 3rd bedroom and upstairs attic and loft space can be a study or even bedroom space. Geothermal heat and air system keeps our utilities to a comfortable $200 a month average. No twice-yearly service needed either. Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is diverse in that all the homes are custom built with many differing styles. There are no "cookie cutters" here. The residents are as diverse as the homes. There are children of all ages, mature adults and young families. There is only one circular street in and out of Rolling Acres which gives us privacy and a safe place for children to play and for people to walk or ride bicycles. The rural feeling is wonderful and all homes are on at least one acres. A couple are larger and residents may have horses. We have no HOA in Rolling Acres. It has not been necessary. Everyone takes care of their investments and none feel we need some authority telling us when to mow or take our garbage cans to the garage. We seem to know what is important, and we don't need to pay some company to enforce rules. It is a warm and friendly place and ideal for raising a family, or if peace and quiet are important. The Argyle school system is highly rated, and nearby is Liberty Christian School which is a very highly rated private school. Churches and schools are nearby. However, shopping is a little drive from Argyle. Flower Mound is currently building an upscale shopping mecca, if that's your forte.
