The house is in a quiet newly built neighborhood that's very safe. It's located only 12 minutes from Downtown Greenville and 8 minutes from Prisma Memorial Hospital. Each room is fully furnished and with linens provided (if you need a desk, just message me and I'll set one up for you!). The bedrooms will have their own shared bathroom. All bedrooms are on the second floor. The house is fully equipped including a washer/dryer, smart thermostats, smart TV in the living room, and a fully stocked kitchen at your disposal! Utilities are included. Wifi is also included and is high speed through Spectrum. Parking is on the driveway. I have two hypoallergenic well-mannered/trained bernedoodles so you must be ok with dogs. I do not allow other pets. nonsmoker. Basic house rules including cleanliness and shoes off before entering the home apply. The formal lease agreement will be signed however highlights are provided here: -No pets unless agreed upon prior to entering the property -No parties or additional guests unless agreed upon prior to guests being on the premises. Guests of the renter cannot stay more than 2 consecutive days on the property unless agreed upon by the landlord. -No smoking is permitted on the premises -Parking is free and available for one car per renter on the driveway or on the street/curb in front of the house. any additional guests will need to park at the front of the neighborhood or on the street/curb and they are not to utilize the driveway. -failure to pay your lease within 5 days of the monthly due date will incur a late fee determined by the landlord and within the formal lease agreement. Failure to pay after 14-days of the monthly due date will start the formal eviction process. -parties, failure to follow basic house rules of cleaning up after yourself, leaving shoes on while in the house, damaging property beyond normal wear and tear, injuring or harming the landlord's dogs, theft, are all just causes for immediate eviction.
