Tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet, etc.). Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis with a $50 monthly fee per pet and written approval from the landlord. Tenant is responsible for any pet-related damage. No smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, at least 15 feet from doors and windows. Security deposit required prior to move-in. The property is for residential use only. No commercial activity, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior is permitted.
