This early gambrel roofed Dutch house is an 18th century gem in one of the prettiest villages in Columbia County. Kinderhook was one of the earliest settlements and one of the wealthiest, with so much exquisite architecture, both domestic and commercial, reflecting the style and substance of the community. The hand-made clay brick facade of this house is expressive of its integrity and importance and is as solid and refined as it is elegant; this is a structure built to last the centuries. The wide entrance hall features one of the loveliest staircases we have seen and is just one of the many features that make this property so desirable.
