You'll sleep on an expensive tempur pedic (firm) mattress and get the best sleep of your life. This room also contains a side table, chair and a chest of drawer. From here you can enter the attached bathroom by passing through the walk in closet. In this compact washroom you'll see two vanities, a shower (filtered shower head to protect your hair) and a smart toilet seat. Yes, you control the temperature of the seat and water. As you walk towards the living area you'll see the second bedroom to your left that I have setup as an office space and workout area. The adjustable standing desk has two large monitors and an extremely comfortable ergonomic chair. This room also contains a spacious closet for extra storage. Living room: As you walk towards the living area you'll notice a laundry closet to your right just before the kitchen. Then you'll see a beautiful wooden dining table on your left across the kitchen area and a floor to ceiling wrap around glass window that gives an incredibly open feeling to this space. A large massage chair ( $4K) awaits you right after the dining area that'll offer extreme relaxation from head to toe. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need from a dishwasher, oven, fridge, toaster, air fryer, hot pot, electric grill, kettle, water dispenser and even a soda stream. You'll find everything you need in the drawers/closets that you require. Living room: The living area is equipped with a large L shaped sofa and two chairs. There is a large smart 3d tv with a surround sound Bose system (500 series) with woofer and back speakers. You'll enjoy watching tv or listening to music like you haven't before. And due to our cement walls construction, never get a noise complaint. Alexa is built in the bose system and you can control lights in the home by just asking Alexa. Professional cleaning service every alternate month by a highly reliable staff member. Parking fee is included in the rent. Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for hydroelectricity, and will set up and pay for their own internet. First and last month's rent is to be paid at the time of signing the lease. Incase of any damage or loss to existing furniture or property, the renter will have to pay at the end of the lease.
