Separate yards, separate utilities, separate driveways, just all located within the same tax ID lot. VERY pet friendly. Pitt bulls, velociraptors and Chi-hoo-ha's welcome, but MUST be friendly. Yes, even if you have six of them. Pet rent, not up front pet fee. Less money needed for move in costs. Oh, and while we're on the subject, normal move in requirements. Not asking for outside the norm stuff. I'm always confused when I'm asked about this. I will NOT respond to texts or emails.
