The cutest little cottage you ever saw! Tiny home with w/d in unit, dishwasher, all wood floors. Bathroom (no tub, just shower), light and bright. Home was built new one yearago. Coffee and restaurants only steps away. Off street parking and a complete and utter lack of storage. I kid you not, you'll need to go outside to change your mind, this cottage is so small. However, it's fresh, clean, doesn't share any wall or utilities with your neighbors. You have off street parking, your own fenced yard, and a darling place to escape at the end of the day. VERY pet friendly. Pitt bulls, velociraptors and Chi-hoo-ha's welcome, but MUST be friendly. Yes, even if you have six of them. Pet rent, not up front pet fee. Don't complain, most like it that way. Less money needed for move in costs. Oh, and while we're on the subject, normal move in requirements. Not asking for outside the norm stuff. I'm always confused when I'm asked about this. One day I might respond to that question with "Weekly Zoom calls where I ask you to dance the hula while wearing a tea cozy on your head for research purposes." Or maybe not. That'd be far too weird. Anyhoo, if you call BEFORE 9am or AFTER 9pm, I don't care if you're the kind of tenant sent from up on high by the Sweet Baby Jebus, I'm not renting to you. I will NOT respond to texts or emails. Honestly, I don't even get alerts when I'm emailed through this site. I don't know why. It's supposed to, yet it doesn't, so please don't think I'm ignoring you. Oh! This is VERY important. Scammers LOVE my ads. Don't be fooled. I will always meet you at the property with my 3 lb dog (he's in the photos). He's the worst bully, so if a scammer were to locate one of these little monsters in order to convince you, well, they've earned their dirty money. I don't know what else to say. No dog, no info, no money, no tears of remorse. Yeah? One year lease
