There's also an additional $30 per month per pet fee charged by the leasing agency. Tenants pay $25 per person for water and sewage. Electricity and internet are the tenants' responsibility. The leasing agency provides regular maintenance (e.g., snow removal) and responds to requests within 24 hours, as well as 24/7 urgent maintenance for emergencies.
