I Used to be able to sit there and watch the Fireworks from the park only a couple miles away...until the Trees behind me Grew! Oh....and I hate to think about the $15,000 of Upgrades when I bought the house! But, even after all these years, I still like the 20" Tile downstairs, and the Plush Carpet upstairs, with the pet-resistant padding! Ceiling Fans Everywhere! Yeah...I did put some money into this house...but I enjoyed it for the years that I lived there! Now, it's Your Turn! Whew! I moved from CA to AZ in 2005...this was my Second house here, as I had originally bought one in Surprise. I have now bought and sold homes in Three Different States....and It Is Exhausting! This will be my Last! And my Favorite! Big Enough...I had the Loft Option rather than the 4th Bedroom (And How does it make any sense that I Paid Extra to NOT have a Wall, Door and Closet?! Greedy Builder!) It's the only house I've had with a Walk-In Pantry! I will Miss That! I Love the Big Kitchen! So Much Storage! So Many drawers! (My Surprise house only had FOUR Drawers in the kitchen!!!) Any Questions....just Ask!
