The bedroom flooring is all new within the last five years. The bathrooms were all updated within the last 7 years. There are two linen closets upstairs. The main level is a wrap around living/dining/kitchen/hallway with large windows! There is a 1/2 bath and two closets on the main floor. The lower level is a large family room with fireplace and a wall of book shelves, stays cool and summer and the fireplace makes it cozy in the summer. The laundry room has plenty of cabinet space along with new tile floors. The kitchen is by far my favorite room in this house and was updated within 10 years. There is a large butcher block and the counter tops are dark forrest granite. There is a nice sized breakfast nook surrounded by windows to the back yard. The back yard is large, with grass areas, garden areas, a workshop, large canopy, fire pit, and alley access. There is a sprinkler system in both the yard and the garden so don't have to worry about watering! The neighborhood is established, quiet, with awesome neighbors! The elementary school and middle school are just down the street along with Tennis courts, baseball fields, Aquatic Center, gym, and a huge community park. This home is centrally located and just about 5 minutes from everything. It was my parents home and I'm sad to see it go, I have nine horses and they just won't fit in the back yard!
