There are 2 living areas and 2 dining areas... room for your furniture in one of the living/dining areas if needed... otherwise I plan to use the den as a yoga/art space. All areas of house to share, also includes inside laundry with W/D, fenced backyard, pets considered (pet fee required), off street parking.
