Landlord lives 15 mins away. Renter is responsible for FP&L ,internet & cable if needed. Only 1 dog or cat allowed up to 25lbs at full grown size, as per association rules, very strictly enforced. The association has a one time, non refundable Pet application fee$350. Please know that a 25 lb puppy that will grow to 40lbs will not be accepted. 1st & last month & $1,000 security,which is a total of $4,740 due at signing. One year lease, ready to move in.
