This is one side of a duplex that I'm renting out. I pay for water, sewage and garbage. There is a fireplace and a laundry room in the unit. The Laundry room is a good size room for 1 person use as a bedroom. I take pets but there is a non refundable deposit of $500.00 for 2 pets. That is where the $500.00 moving in fee come in. If you have more than 2 pets. There will be more pet fee that you need to pay before moving in. If you don't have any pet and will not get any pet in the future there won't be any move in fee. Call me at 503-481-1239 to talk about looking at this place and put in a rental application. There isn't any fee for the rental application. But I need to see poor of income before taking the application. I don't raise rent. So the only time rent get raise is when I need to use money to work on the house or property tax increase more than $1000.00.
