Due to the unfortunate experience of people not showing up to scheduled showings of the house, in order to tour the house, you must have submitted an application and credit/background information. Please read the listing information which states the credit/income requirements. Tenant pays utilities , owner pays for landscaping maintenance. Owner provides linens and towels (2 per person) Renter is responsible for all supplies/groceries and is responsible for laundry of linens/towels provided. Renter is responsible for putting trash/recycling out to curb the night before pickup and bring in the evening of pickup. Only people on lease are allowed to stay in rental, no overnight guests without prior approval of Owner. Off-street parking is provided in driveway enough for 4 cars. Renter is not allowed to park in garage. No smoking of any kind, including vaping, is allowed in or around home, including garage, front/back yards and driveway. No pets of any kind including "comfort" animals. Only certified service dogs are allowed with proper documentation. Any damage to property including smoke damage (smoking smell included). No parties or events allowed. Lease term is maximum 6 months. Maximum number of persons is 5 and this includes children in the count (i.e 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 kids, etc) Owner has Ring doorbell for security and front door keypad.
