This is a single family home which has had two major updates done since it's was purchased in 1983. We removed asbestos siding and faced with stone and vinyl siding. We replaced all windows and insulated entire house. We took garage and family room to the ground and re-built garage, built a large family room with a second floor master suite, master walk-in closet and master bathroom. We built a new fireplace in family room and put in new air conditioning and heat pump system for the entire addition as well as added air conditioning to the existing house. We landscaped the outside with hardscaping as well. We have put on a brand new roof in 2012-13.
