This idyllic retreat is the perfect spot for a memorable beach vacation. Parking is paid on the reservation at $70 per reservation plus tax and allows a maximum of 2 vehicles per reservation. Passes will be left in the property and must be filled in completely and visible in the dash of your vehicle. Extra parking is not available. Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, this property has been highly discounted. There will be construction taking place at the property Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 5 pm, and guests may experience construction noise during this time. It is a construction site, however, the outdoor pool is still operational and beautiful. A security camera or recording device is installed outside for your safety and protection. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years of age. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Pets are not allowed. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
