Due to ongoing hurricane repairs, this property has been highly discounted. There will be construction taking place at the property Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 5 pm, and guests may experience construction noise during this time. The property is for sale and may require a showing during your stay. A security camera/recording device is installed outside for your safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years of age. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. Pets are not allowed. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation, and a State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
