We have a 1=2 (unfurnished) bedroom available in our beautiful home in Haysville, KS Would share common areas such as the kitchen, dining room and living room Currently there is no furniture in the basement living room In the basement there is a dry bar area that has cabinets, counters and a fridge that you're welcome to use or your welcome to use the kitchen up stairs just please clean up afterwards We do ask to limit friends/guests over since we reside in the home as well There is a full bathroom downstairs. No pets, please! We do have 2 small dogs (Pomeranian and Papillon) No drugs, no drama, no smoking No felonies There will be an background check that is nonrefundable Rent $600/mo (1 bedroom) or both can be discussed for additional $ Deposit is $250 (can be paid in monthly installments) We reside in a quite neighborhood in Haysville, KS with a walking path nearby. We are a happily married couple of 19 years, and we are empty nesters and would like to share our home with someone who needs a space to stay. We are drug/smoke free and no criminal history. We do occasionally have a few adult beverages at times and enjoy a game or 2 of card games. We are a quite couple but occasionally we will invite friends over to play games from time to time.
