This is a fully FURNISHED studio. Get a great night's sleep on the comfortable queen bed with a memory foam topper and 4 pillows. The luxurious walk in shower is perfect for unwinding. Free, no-permit street parking is available right outside your door, and the #1 bus stops across the street to take you to downtown Seattle or north to Seattle Pacific University. You'll also be within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and Kerry Park's iconic city views. Water, Garbage and Electricity are included in the monthly rent. Wi-FI and monthly cleaning is additional. Please note: No pets or smoking allowed due to allergies.
