You'll pay gas and electric. It's been a great home for the last two years, with easy access to Fairmount Park, Kelly Drive, and all the spots on Girard Ave. If you've got a dog, you're a two-minute walk to Fairmount Park. If you run or bike, you can be in Fairmount Park in two minutes, or at Kelly Drive in eight. I'm sad to leave, and excited to co-habitate with my woman in West Philly. Come make my home yours! A $20 application fee (per person) includes a credit check. A one-month security deposit is due upon signing the lease. Owner pays basic cable, wifi, trash, water, and sewer.
