You'll pay gas and electric. This was my home for several wonderful years, and it has more recently been lovingly occupied by long-term tenants who are moving on to purchase a home of their own. It's a warm, practical, and a well-located house. It's got easy access to Fairmount Park, Kelly Drive, and all the spots on Girard Ave. If you've got a dog, you're a two-minute walk to Fairmount Park. If you run or bike, you can be in Fairmount Park in two minutes, or at Kelly Drive in eight. I'm a very responsive landlord: this year I replaced the roof and repaired the ceiling drywall damage. I installed a new railing for the basement steps, and I will repaint and make some other repairs prior to you moving in. As mentioned, I'm flexible on move-in dates: could be later September or Oct. 1. A $48 application fee (per person) includes a credit and criminal background check.
