Very quiet neighborhood. Ideal for someone who is looking for a quiet place to live/work/study. Rent is $1350 per month overall which works out to $675 a person assuming two roommates. My former roommate just graduated as well so this works well both for 2 friends looking to room together or two new people. Rent includes internet/cable, trash/sewage,. The only thing that is separate is utilities. You would be taking over my portion of the lease and sign it, so it is not a true sublease (in other words you would be replacing me).
