Hi everyone! I will be moving out of my townhouse mid-July 2017 to head off to Ireland for Vet School and I am looking for one person to take over my half of the lease from August 2017 - July 2018. The room will be available starting July 23rd. The place is a cute bi-level townhouse located just West of the CSU campus (about a 5 minute walk/3 blocks from campus). There are two good-sized bedrooms (one of which will be full) and one and a half bathrooms (full bath upstairs near bedrooms, half bath by front door). Internet will be included with the new lease as an add-on to rent. Water is included. Electricity is not included, the bill is usually around $24 per month ($12/person). Gas is not included, the bill is usually around $25 per month ($12.50/person). The place comes unfurnished - I am going to be taking the couch and kitchen table so if you have furniture that you would like to bring that would be awesome! Otherwise I am sure that you and the roomie can acquire stuff around FC. We are looking preferably for a female (open to meet up with anyone though!), and someone who doesn't mind living with a sweet little gray kitty named Jasper! No pets preferable, but may consider a small dog or one cat. There is a shared back yard out the back slider with trees and a small stream plus a cement patio. Rent will be due to the office between the 1st and the 6th of each month. Your first rent payment would be due between August 1st and the 6th (I don't plan to charge the new renter for the week of the 23rd if you choose to move in at that time!). There will be a $400 dollar security deposit on the room that will need to be paid directly to me (the current renter) as the security deposit on file with the leasing office ($800 total) will be signed over to the new renter and given back/split between you and the roomie at the end of the leasing term. This means that you will be accepting the room AS IS. There is no obvious damage to my knowledge, and the office is very nice/good about getting things in the house fixed as soon as possible, so if you did find any issues I am sure it could be taken care of.
