Street Apartment #3 is located: driving south on Missouri turn right on West Bay Drive go 2 blocks and right on 3rd St. N.W. driving south on Clearwater/Largo Rd Turn left on West Bay Dr. , left on 4th St and right on 1st Ave.. From US 19.. drive west on East Bay Drive, go past Missouri Ave 2 blocks and right on 3rd St. N.W. 152 3rd St. N.W is right on the corner. Apt #3 is available. The mini-blinds are open so you can look inside. There are applications by the mailbox On the bus-line 5 blocks to the Pinellas Trail Monthly rent $1095 Security Deposit: $750 Water and Electric $95 with no turn on fees Tenant pays gas for water heater Free Yard Care Lease Term: 1 year We also have a weekly option of $290 which includes the electric and water Normally to move in you need to have 1st month's rent, security deposit and $50 application fee and a good application. I searched endlessly Homes and apartments from St. Pete to Tampa. When I found the rental property through Mr. Mike Elliott, it felt like a dream! I gave up the apartment I had already placed a deposit on and was set to move into, happily losing the deposit for that apartment (which I never thought I would ever say) I have been here almost 2 years now, and plan on re-signing a new lease, again. Yes, location is key; however, so is your property manager! He is amazing! Professional, fair, honest, timely, considerate, respectful. Hands down best property manager I have ever had!
