The property is nicely maintained and our goal is high tenant satisfaction so any repairs are handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment is clean and affordable with carpeting in the living-room and vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. The mini-blinds are open so you can look inside. There is an application by the mailbox On the bus-line 5 blocks to the Pinellas Trail Free Yard Care Lease Term: 1 year Normally to move in you need to have 1st month's rent, security deposit and $50 administrative fee and a good application. All of this is paid at the lease signing so there is no money out of your pocket to us initially. Previous residents had this to say... Yes, location is key; however, so is your property manager! He is amazing! Professional, fair, honest, timely, considerate, respectful. Hands down best property manager I have ever had!
