There are four bedrooms and 2 bathroom on the second floor. $650 includes one private guest bedroom(13'X13'), one shared private bathroom(you share it with me-one woman), one shared storage, one street parking, all the public spaces(kitchen and laundry) and all the utilities (water, sewage, electricity and internet) about you: looking for a clean roommate with responsibility, no drugs, no heavy alcohol, respect public space. The lease needs to be at least six months. No pets is allowed unless that is fish. move in fee: $30 background check(this can be waived if you can forward your company background check for you) + $650 first month rental + $650 security deposit 6 month
