Needs work...is a fixer-up. Would be just like an English cottage with proper landscaping and remodeling. Neighborhood Description Elementry school is one block away. Its a middle class neighborhood, inner city, but its like living in the country where my house is located. It would be a great home to raise kids and let them have pets. Also, street is quiet for riding bikes, skate boarding..etc.
