moving out of our apartment on 7/16. lease goes until 8/22. looking to sign our lease over for its remainder. 8th floor. building includes full service concierge; rooftop deck w/ swimming pool; separate rooftop terrace; lounge w/ flat screen tv's, pool table, fireplace, and wet bar; fitness center; attached garage, and free coffee every morning. 5 minute walk from rosslyn metro; 20 min walk to DC. safeway grocery store directly across clarendon/wilson blvds. unit comes with w/d, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, and floor-to-ceiling windows with a view overlooking the building's courtyard. following the end of the lease, you should be able to keep renewing that lease or sign a new lease with one month free (but the price will go up). we currently pay $2480/month, and it is set to go up to $2577 with one month free.
