It's about 2 miles from downtown, located in between Germantown and The Nations. No lease, no deposit and month to month! It's $1100 plus utilities which average around $200. HUGE backyard with fire bit. Back deck with grill. Washer and dryer in home as well as a Tonal (home workout), row machine, and kettle bells. I'm 42 and own the home so I'd also technically be your landlord and roommate! I work from home. I have a dog and a cat who are SUPER friendly. I'm very social and don't act my age and just love to get out and do things on the weekend and during the week if something presents itself. I prefer a female but not against a male. Responsible and can pay bills on time. I'm not super OCD about cleanliness but I do try and keep things tidy! I like to say my home looks lived in. I don't care if my roommate has guests or comes home lat and might possibly wake me up. No HARD drugs please. Age doesn't bother me as long as, again, responsible.
