I have been living in this apartment for 6 and a half years and have absolutely loved it but my job is moving me across the country. It is located near the corner of 16th and Pine st in Boulder in a five unit townhouse style apartment building. Its 925sq ft and has 2 bedrooms, a full bath (fully renovated in February of 2021), a 1/2 bath that doubles as a laundry room. All the flooring was replaced in mid 2021. Here are a few of my favorite features: - It's an end until with the most natural in the complex - Balcony off one of the bedrooms that over looks the small backyard and has a view of the mountains. - the small backyard / patio - its pet friendly - is close to everything that downtown boulder as to offer - one off street parking space - washer and dryer hookups (I'm willing to sell the washer/dryer set for a great price) The move in timeline. I am looking for someone to take over my lease from January (move in date can be flexible) and it goes until June 30th and you'll have an option to renew. With this rental company you will have to sign your own lease - its not just a standard sub-let.
