Very large one bedroom the size of 2 bedrooms. 2 full baths, laundry room with storage rear, Large cover porch 30' from the water, lots of wildlife, Private parking, excellent fishing in front of house and swimming or short walk to Cypress Falls swimming hole. This is not an apt. but a house. Very quite Retirement community. This is former BnB $350 a night, 4.5 stars but no subleasing. It is unfurnished now. Tenant pays water elect, owner pays trash and mowing. No smoking except on the porch.
